The easy joke would be something about the Netherlands and weed, but it’s too obvious. I just wonder about what values these public service announcements are supposed to be promoting. Maybe Dutch people are too nice and there’s a government-sponsored initiative to make them act like jerks sometimes.
On second thought, it could also be the Dutch equivalent of Jean-Luc and Dondoozat.
