Wrestlemania 28 will be taking place this weekend and I thought it would be fun to showcase some of the card’s biggest headliners during their early days in wrestling. Of course, this year’s main event will feature John Cena taking on Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, but long before he was the biggest star in WWE, Cena first made waves in the company by doing a “white rapper” gimmick. In this match from early 2003, Cena sports a godawful pair of yellow pants as he appears on the WWE’s B-show, Velocity, and takes on a young jobber named Brian Danielson… who, of course, will be defending the World Heavyweight Championship at Wrestlemania on Sunday under his current name, Daniel Bryan.
