If you want to know my full thoughts on the current status of The Walking Dead TV series, click here, but in a nutshell, I think the show has suffered from its slow second season but shows a teeny, tiny glimmer of hope in that it is heading back towards its comic book roots. The second season ended with a glimpse of the legendary prison, the setting for some of my favorite plot lines from the comics, and in this behind-the-scenes video for season 3 of The Walking Dead, we get to see the cast inside that very prison! And it’s….totally anticlimactic. An abandoned prison is nothing but dark, empty rooms, grated stairs, bars, and chain link. Not much to look at, really.
