I’m going to be honest, I’m not familiar with many of the credits on today’s Celebrity Birthday boy’s resume, but credits on shows like The Mod Squad, The Partridge Family, Shaft, The Young and the Restless, The Six Million Dollar Man, Starsky and Hitch, Murder, She Wrote, Roseanne, and General Hospital are nothing to scoff at! But the real reasons that I’m celebrating the birthday of Anthony Geary come in the form of two of his film credits: as Philo in the Weird Al Yankovic vehicle UHF, and as Serenghetti in the atrocious but amazing Penetentiary III! I love both those movies so damn much. So happy birthday, Anthony Geary – watch out for the Midnight Thump! Anthony Geary turns 65 today.
