Remember that time when Lindsay Lohan made an appearance on Letterman while absolutely covered in trash? No, this was not a recent thing. Back around Halloween in 1992, when Lindsay was still an innocent six-year old, she got to appear in a sketch on Late Night with David Letterman as a young trick-or-treater wearing a costume made up entirely of garbage.
