Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel has sold me on its awesomeness

I’m a die-hard fan of the Borderlands game series, but even in spite of that, I wasn’t overly enthused about Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel, a new third game in the franchise that, initially anyway, just came off as some overgrown DLC that got so big they decided to give it its own game. And you know, that’s probably what happened, but after watching this trailer for it, I suddenly find myself pretty excited. A new planet! New weapons! Double-jumping! And you can play as Claptrap! They’ve managed to pull a Borderlands 2 all over again by injecting enough new stuff to make things interesting while also retaining all that great stuff that I loved about the first two games. I can’t say that I’ll be rushing out to buy this immediately, but I definitely intend to play it.
