Why wait until my regularly scheduled posting time when it’s STAR WARS TRAILER DAY! It’s crazy to think that it has been nearly ten years since the last Star Wars movie, and nearly thirty years since we had a decent one! I was pretty skeptical when it was announced that J.J. “Lens Flares” Abrams was helming this first movie, and although his fingerprints are all over this trailer (the cinematography is 100% Abrams), this…this looks fantastic, guys. I’m excited. The Force Awakens looks like the Star Wars movie I wanted from The Phantom Menace. Look at all those awesome new designs! The troopers look great! And freaking John Boyega from Attack the Block is a Stormtrooper! That’s going to be so badass. Gush gush gush. I can’t wait.
