My curiosity has been piqued by this new Hulu original series called The Path, which centres on a small town (or colony?) that has been consumed by a religious cult lead by Hugh Dancy, and a man played by Aaron Paul who has decided to join the group after suffering a crisis of faith. It’s tough to play a cult with just the right balance of menace and realism, but from this trailer, it looks like they might just pull it off. I’ll definitely tune in to the first episode. Boy, Hulu really wants to be Netflix, doesn’t it? Anyway, The Path shows promise.
