Before They Were Stars: Julianne Moore in “The Hand That Rocks The Cradle”

We’ve covered Julianne Moore’s early work (especially on soap operas) pretty extensively on The Back Row, but Moore was so prolific when she was a burgeoning that it seems like there is no limit to the amount of “Before They Were Stars” footage we can find! Here she is in the 1991 thriller The Hand That Rocks the Cradle – a rather torrid movie about a killer nanny bent on revenge – and we get to see the future Oscar-winner deliver a pretty fantastic, hammy performance in a rare case of death-by-greenhouse.
