Linda Blair, despite having done bit parts in episodes of TV shows here and there, and appearing in a number of movies in the ’80s (such as Hell Night, Savage Streets, Nightforce, and The Chilling), will forever be remembered for her starring role in the 1973 horror classic, The Exorcist. Her role as the cute girl who gets possessed and starts rotating her head and spewing pea soup all over the place will go down in history as a landmark horror film performance, and one that has been paid homage to and spoofed countless times since.
