Karl, a member of the Channel 9 TODAY news team, met with the Dalai Lama recently and tried to tell him one of my favourite jokes:
The Dalai Lama walks into a pizza shop and says “Can you make me one with everything?”
What’s awesome is that the Dalai Lama didn’t get it at all, and laughed more at the fact that the joke bombed than the joke itself. Tragically, Karl didn’t even get to say the second part:
Then the Dalai Lama asks for his change, and the shop owner says “Change comes from within.”
