The teaser trailer for The Dark Knight Rises, Christopher Nolan’s much anticipated finale to his Batman trilogy, was released this week, and of course, almost instantaneously, the internet has come up with a wicked mashup in response. Youtube user xNick1718x cut together this terrific “animated version” of the TDKR trailer using clips from Batman: The Animated Series, and I’ll be damned if it doesn’t work perfectly. Is this revamped teaser actually better than the original teaser? I’ll leave that up to you!
