We close out our Sex and the City-themed “Before They Were Stars” with Cynthia Nixon, whose acting experience dates all the way back to the age of 12. When she was 17, she appeared in an ABC Afterschool Special entitled It’s No Crush, I’m in Love as a high school student who develops a major crush on one of her teachers because he resembles a soap opera star that she’s obsessed with.
