Man, I really dig Chiwetel Ejiofor. Having started acting at a young age with National Youth Theatre, and throughout the 1990s he acted in productions of Othello with the Bloomsbury Theatre and Theatre Royal, Glasgow. In 1996, Ejiofor made his film debut in Deadly Voyage, and followed it up with a memorable supporting role in Steven Spielberg’s Amistad the following year. Other films featuring Chiwetel Ejiofor include Love Actually, Red Dust, Kinky Boots, Inside Man, Children of Men, American Gangster, 2012, Salt, Redbelt, and, of course, Serenity. Not only is he a wicked actor, but he’s also part of the Whedonverse. Chiwetel Ejiofor turns 35.
