There’s nothing more amusing than finding a recognizable actor who got their start performing in some obscure video or computer game (other examples I’ve found include Anna Faris and the late Michael Clarke Duncan). In the late 1990s/early 2000s, a series of computer games were released under the Emergency Room banner which allowed you to simulate working as a doctor in a hospital. In Emergency Room: Code Blue, an unknown Zachary Quinto played a nerdy and rather creepy patient with an injured back who seems way too excited about the prospect of possibly going under the knife.
