Stephen Lang is an actor who specializes in playing figures of authority, especially military ones. He’s played a Major General, several generals, and a colonel! Lang got his start on Broadway and made his television debut in a 1985 made-for-TV adaptation of Death of a Salesman. His film debut took place the same year when he played a small role in Twice in a Lifetime. Since then, Stephen Lang has appeared in such films as Tombstone, Tall Tale, The Amazing Panda Adventure, Fire Down Below, Gods and Generals, Public Enemies, The Men Who Stare At Goats, and Avatar. He has also acted in television shows including The Fugitive, Law & Order, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, and Terra Nova. He turns 61 today.
