Before he found stardom in Terminator 2: Judgment Day, Robert Patrick eked out a living by acting in a couple of low-budget action B-movies. His very first role was in Future Hunters, a 1986 martial arts outing filmed in the Philippines. In an amusing foreshadowing to Terminator 2, the story opens in a post-apocalyptic nuclear wasteland before the protagonist is transported back to 1980s Los Angeles. In this scene, Patrick winds up teaming up with the infamous Bruce Lee knock-off, Bruce Le, whose career was thankfully on its last legs by this point.
