All my life, I’ve been fascinated with recording media. These days, it’s video, but when I was a kid, it was cassette tapes. I’d record myself singing, doing the news, acting like a DJ and dubbing in clips from radio interviews. So I can’t help but be fascinated by other peoples’ recordings and what they decide to do with them. Like The Brother Mike Tapes, where Mike Cohen recorded his parents arguing with him in 1985 and had it animated years later by a friend.
