Since I posted footage yesterday of a young Floyd Mayweather qualifying for the 1996 Olympics, I thought I’d go back even further and dig up a clip of another famous boxer’s roots. So here’s a much scrawnier Mike Tyson at the tender age of 15, winning a gold medal by dominating his opponent in the finals at the 1981 Junior Olympics. Tyson would win another gold the following year, knocking out one of his opponents in eight seconds and beating his final opponent so badly that his corner threw in the towel to end it.
