The HBO gods have finally blessed us with a proper trailer for Game of Thrones season 6, and, surprisingly, we’ve already got some answers to those burning questions at the end of the last season. Is Jon Snow really dead? Sure looks like it. That’s not to say that he won’t be resurrected as a White Walker, or brought back by Melisandre the red witch, but this trailer definitely shows that he’s dead for at least the better part of an episode. From the looks of things, Sir Davos is ready to chop up Jon pretty good to prevent him from coming back as a Snow-Zombie. Also, there is no sign of Stannis. This might be a tease, but you’d think we’d get just a single shot of him since he became such a fan favourite character. Did Brienne really do him in? I guess this one’s a bit more vague. Outside of that, we’ve got Mountainstein in full form, White Walker Darth Maul is back, there are all sorts of religious zealots and, what’s that? Melisandre takes her clothes off? That’s the real sign that Game of Thrones is back, if you ask me.
