It’s always a hoot to discover a comedic actor who started out his career in an uncommonly serious role. Rainn Wilson’s first official acting credit came in 1997 when he appeared in an episode of the soap opera, One Life to Live. Appropriately enough, Wilson’s character was an aspiring stand-up comedian who goes berserk and becomes homicidal, and these hilariously melodramatic scenes manage to provide some unintentional laughs.
