Oh man. This looks so badass. I’ve been a fan of Tarsem Singh ever since he made sweet love to my eyeballs with his amazing film The Fall, and it looks like he’s about to transition into the mainstream with his latest offering: Immortals. Dude. Look at those light arrows fly. Look at that giant wave. Look at the way that guy all in gold slams that other dude into the ground with all the speed-ramping glory of Zack Snyder, but with production design befitting a Julie Taymor movie. I cannot overstate how cool I think Immortals is going to be.
Immortals comes out on 11-11-11, but thankfully it was tactful enough not to name itself after its release date, unlike some other movies…
