Sunday Short Reviews

Every Sunday, Gill delves into his archive of over 800 movie reviews and randomly selects three for your enjoyment! Here are this week’s…

The Godfather
The Godfather is considered by many to be the greatest movie of all time (others say it’s Citizen Kane) and it’s easy to see why. This dark, wonderfully filmed gangster epic is, in my opinion, Marlon Brando’s best film and one of Al Pacino’s best as well. A truly great movie, and a cinema classic that will live forever.

Spawn
The highly-dated-yet-cool-for-the-time special effects were the only good part of Spawn. A truly silly movie. John Leguizamo played a wicked clown, though.

Memento
Every time I try to review this movie, I…sorry, what was I saying? Where am I? What am I doing here? And why are there tattoos all over my body?
